I would like to suggest that we change closing circle.  David did a "one-word shareback" that I thought was very effective.   Lots more people participated and it cut down on the yammer.

At the very least, I think we should rename "shareback" & "burning desires".   Personally, I'd be good with not doing them at all.  

After the silence dance, I sometimes have trouble finding my voice.  Maybe we could do a song or chant together, then have announcements, then break up to let everyone chat -- which is what we seem to want to do.
